1. What prizes are available and when are the draws?
Grand Prize Draw: The Grand Prize Draw winner will receive a 2020 Harley Davidson Touring Street Glide valued at approx. $30,000. The Grand Prize Draw will occur on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 10:00am at: Special Olympics Ontario Inc. 65 Overlea Blvd Suite 200, Toronto ON, M4H 1P1.
Early-Bird Draw: The Early Bird Draw winner will receive a $500 Harley Davidson Gift Card. The Early Bird Draw will occur on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 10:00am at: Special Olympics Ontario Inc. 65 Overlea Blvd Suite 200, Toronto ON, M4H 1P1.
2. Who is eligible to purchase a Harley lottery ticket?
Ticket purchasers must be physically present in the province of Ontario at the time of ticket purchase. Further, purchasers must be at least 18 years of age at the time of their purchase. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of persons under the age of 18 years. For more information, please refer to our Rules of Play page.
3. If I win the early-bird draw, is my ticket still eligible for the Grand Prize Draw?
YES. All tickets are automatically entered into both the Early Bird and Grand Prize Draw.
4. Are there separate tickets or ticket numbers for each draw?
NO. The tickets and ticket numbers you purchase are valid for both the Early Bird and Grand Prize Draw.
5. How many Harley Raffle tickets am I allowed to purchase?
You are free to purchase as many Harley Raffle tickets as remain available. Remember, only 7,000 tickets are available in this raffle. Sales are on a first-come, first-serve basis so purchase your tickets now to avoid disappointment.
6. I tried to purchase a ticket but I'm not sure that the online transaction was completed. How can I be sure that I actually purchased a ticket?
Several things occur that confirm your purchase is complete: 1. Immediately after you action the PAY NOW button on the payment page, you are directed to a THANK YOU page that includes your order confirmation number and a prominent action button labelled PRINT YOUR TICKETS that, when actioned, presents an image of your ticket. 2. About 2 minutes after making the purchase, the price of the tickets is charged to your payment card (the charge will be visible on your online banking service as payable to Special Olympics Ontario Inc) AND an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Special Olympics Ontario Transaction Confirmation" is sent to the email address entered on the payment page. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the confirmation email.
If none of these things occurs or if your receive any sort of error or transaction denied message, your ticket purchase did not go through.
If at any time you are concerned about the status of your order, please send an email to email@example.com explaining the situation. Please include your phone number and date and approximate time of the (attempted) purchase in the email. It is our goal to respond to your email before the end of the next business day.
7. I bought a ticket and received confirmation of the payment transaction but do not have a copy of the ticket(s). How can I get a copy of the ticket(s)?
Send a request for a copy of your ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the date and approximate time of day of the purchase in that email along with the name and emails used to order the ticket (if different from the email address used to send the copy request).
8. How is the Harley Raffle licensed and regulated?
This lottery is regulated and licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). The lottery licence number is RAF1200760.
9. Will I get unconditional ownership if I win the Harley?
YES. The Harley (main draw prize) is awarded on an unconditional ownership basis and includes all taxes, freight charges, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) costs and dealer fees. The winner of the Harley must take delivery of vehicle as awarded and is responsible for licensing and insurance from the time of delivery/ownership.
10. Can I take cash in lieu of the Harley if I win the main draw?
NO. That is not possible. If you are the winner of the Harley you must take ownership of the motorcycle. Of course, after the Harley is yours, you can do with it whatever you wish.
11. At which events will Harley Raffle tickets be sold?
Tickets are available online only. You cannot purchase tickets in person. To purchase a ticket go to www.HarleyRaffle.ca.
12. What charity benefits from the Harley Raffle proceeds?
100% of the proceeds will benefit Special Olympics Ontario.
